URGENT HELP NEEDED: FTP access denied
I got a hard time here with winsave.com since this morning 3:00am. I can't login to the server via FTP using my user/password. But i still can login to control panel with the same user/pw. I can't get tech suppot from them b/w 5pm Friday to 9am Monday. But I really need to upgrade my database before tonight. I hope anyone here can point out what's wrong. Thanks.
