I tried moving an account from my main shared IP address to a reseller address and when anyone tried to access the domain it took them instead to the reseller's site. I waited about 8 hours to see if it would clear up, but it wouldn't so I moved it back to the main shared IP. But now, the site is still directing to the reseller's web site. I deleted the account and recreated it with a new name, but it still does the same thing. What is going on? Why did this happen in the first place? Why have an option to change a sites IP if it is going to fudge up? How do I fix it?
