Hm.. using 99% of cpu?

i am having a major problem.

2295 root 8 0 5004 1348 1288 S 99.9 0.1 1:55 httpd

something keeps on making my server load stay in the 2.0-3.0 and i dont know what it is. what can i do?

using 99.9 cpusage!!
