How do most people allocate their IP's on a server running DNS & SSL? IP's for: server hostname, ns1, ssl each on seperate IP's? Cpanel seems to want to automatically assign the same IP to ns1 as the hostname. Is this correct? It seems like it would be easier to move ns1 later if it had it's own IP. Which IP are the virtual accounts typically assigned to? I would assume virtual accounts would be assigned on the hostname IP and ns1 would have a seperate IP. If so, how is ns1 assigned a seperate IP? It only seems to want to assign an additional IP for ns2 after ns1 is created, but ns1 still wants the hostname IP. And I guess SSL would have an additional IP? How do most people set these up?
