I host the website www.knowyournews.com. 95% of the users are able to get the website fine, however 5% receive either a 504 Gateway Timeout or a 404. I've been trying to figure out what could cause this issue, playing with the DNS settings for months. Nothing has worked. I've had users do tracerts for me which show them going to the server fine, had them do NSLookups that say that server can't be found. So today, I finally got one on Messenger. Had them do some stuff, which basically didn't help at all. Then I had them edit their HOSTS file (local DNS) and they're still unable to get to the website.
Does anyone else have anything else I can try? Or know what could be causing this?
