PSAD question

I just installed PSAD/Bastille on a RH 8.0 system with Cpanel/WHM
Bastille starts fine and all ports that need to be open are, but when I try to start PSAD I get the following:

/etc/rc.d/init.d/psad start
Starting the psad daemons: Can't locate Psad.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl .) at /usr/sbin/psad line 88.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/sbin/psad line 88.

Am I correct in assuming this means it didn't install correctly and I need to try reinstalling it?
