Setting up IP"s on a Reseller account

Scenario 1
I currently have a Resellers account on one Server, The Account has its own private nameservers with two ip's
ns1.myserver.com
1.2.3.56.23
Ns2.myserver.com
1.2.3.56.24
I decide to move the Reseller account to a new Server, I move all the accounts over using the option in WHM and give the main account Resellers options
I go to Edit Reseller Privileges/Nameservers and assign the personalized nameservers. I then attempt to assign IP's to the nameservers. I get the following message
Sorry, the nameserver ns1.myserver.com already has the ip 33.586.77.7896 assigned to it.
This is the IP's from the other Server
I know how to go to the registrar and change the Ip for the nameservers, however how do I assign the IP's first before I change it at the registrar when i am getting the above mesage
Scenario 2
Same as above however I want to use the IP's aready assigned to the servers nameservers instead of using 2 new ones. I want several of the Resellers accounts to use the same IP's for their nameserver.
