Need Serious Help!!!

Ive been doing system work for 5+ years and building kernels is common place, and yes this is the first time ive came across this problem

The problem has to do with iptables/chains derived from kernel. Ive compiled with/without tables/chains set as a module/or monolithic.

Basically When i start i get this message...

Starting APF:iptables: No chain/target/match by that name
iptables: No chain/target/match by that name
iptables: No chain/target/match by that name
iptables: No chain/target/match by that name
iptables: No chain/target/match by that name
iptables: No chain/target/match by that name
iptables: No chain/target/match by that name

iptables: No chain/target/match by that name
iptables: No chain/target/match by that name

[ OK ]

Like i said ive identified with BOTH scripts, so its not the script, its my system.

ive had (the most knowledgable) GPAN and RFXN Both help, and I still cannot resolve this, here is the .config file RFXN sent back to me, (the .config file is what is used to build my Dual Xeon 2ghz System From Source).

I need some help on how to resolve this, Please !! Im begging ive recompiled kernel close to 15 times with different settings, take a look at this .config file i have right now.

Here is a copy of the .config file

If you have any idea what would be causing this Reply.
