Complete overview of whole network in real time on one screen?

I was wondering if such a program existed.

Something that displays all of your servers and any important devices in between? Something that warns you of latency issues, cpu stats and so on.

I would preffer something web based but if it had a windows client for the monitoring that would be cool too.
