Keep getting 403 for sub directory.

All images in /www/images are not showing up, the rest work fine. This only happened for one website out of 98 in the box.

Options Indexes and others are correct. No .htaccess defined in the directory. Apache recompiled.

The website logs show all the requested images 403 forbidden.

Anyone has any ideas on this?
