cPanel Bandwidth
Ok lets say we have an overage situation..
In Bandmin you see a figure of say 17+GB, in WHM View Reseller Usage you see 12+GB for this current month.
Which is fine as we expect WHM to be 80% accurate.
However, here is the issue comes in, the end user only has access to View Bandwidth Usage feature.
However in this report it is showing him the usage is 13MB (NOT GB)
So the user is actually over by 5GB (which he have not even thought of charging for) but to him, he has 12GB unused.
This has me like.. uhmmm WTF?!?!
I don't know what to say, I don't want guy thinking I'm trying to rip him off
I sent screen-shots of our stats and various tools to monitor, hopefully this will suffice as evidence to prove that script he has access to is wrong.
Just wondering if anyone has had this and how did it go with customer? Any friendly tips
