I know isn't the most elegant way to block a whole country or the most ips used by citizens of this country, but I have to do it because they seem to have one thing in their mind...hack servers...I face serious problem with hack attempts by Hungarian universities. So if you can help me in finding hungarian ips I'd really appreciate it. Please don't take it wrong specially all of you from Hungary, but everyone tries to protect his interests. By the way...my unofficial top list for hack attempts is the following :
