When is it too much security?
My client is wanting me to use his existing host though. The existing host has turned off all FTP and shell access to his servers and will only let me access MySQL admin using PPT/IPSEC VPN. He does have a really secure server, but it seems very suffocating and time consuming to go through his hoops.
Normally it would take me 4-5 hours to get everything setup for my client, but going through this other host I have a feeling setup will be much slower.
How much time do you think I should add to the job for dealing with the restrictive server policies?
