Ive always used the phpmyadmin to upload backups, and well i got a backup from a vbbulliten database, its over 90 megs. Can someone tell me how i would upload the database. I havent yet explored with Shell, pretty much my server staff maintance this, but they are unreachable at this time, so i need to learn one way or another.
