Installing/Activating FormMail on a cPanel Domain

I have disabled FormMail server-wide due to the cPanel security hole(s). I now have a customer who is wanting to use it, and I have been told it is possible to activate/install FormMail on a single domain(s).

Does anyone know how to accomplish this, and if so, can you please enlighten me so as to be as wise as you? Installing/Activating FormMail on a cPanel Domain
