create a new account + DNS zone... say what?
until 4 days later I was told by RackShack support that "the domains have not been added to Rackshack name servers. Note that you have to have EV1servers(Rackshack) add zone files every time you add a domain to your server."
can someone pls explain to me what that was in plain English? ( i posted a similar request on EV1 forums and I got no responses...
