cpanel 1hosting 3IPs+SSL ?

i was wondering one of my customers has 1 webhosting account and wish to have 3 sub domains each one with dedicated IP and running SSL

how that is possible? i tried everthing i have in mind, the only solution for it was creating 3 different accounts for each subdomain and setup SSL on it.
