Anyone Familiar with Kayako's Livesupport?

Has anyone installed this themselves? I have been trying to but, I get this error.

The file /home/netxhost/public_html/live/setup.php encoded as type [0/0] cannot be decoded by this version of the PHP Loader. For help please contact support@ioncube.com or check for a loader supporting this encoded file.

Anyone that can help?

Kayako's support says I have the wrong version of IONCUBE, but I have the latest version.
