Sub-Domain Webalizer Stats not working

I have about 8-10 sub-domains, and on ONE only the webalizer stats have not updated for the past week.

If I use /scripts/fixwebalizer will it erase all webalizer stats on the server? Or what is a better way to fix my 1 sub-domain so that it generates the stats?
