Message Board under attack
Here is my story: in March this year I bought a message board from a guy who created it in September last year.
In 6 months, I think that I've developed it nicely; it now has 10 times more members and 15 times more posts.
For whatever reason the former owner has decided that he wants to destroy the server. He claims to be 13, that could be an explanation for his behaviour I guess.
Anyway, yesterday he has borrowed the account of one of my super mods and has deleted about 6,000 posts...
Of course he and the former mod are now banned, but he keeps making threats on AIM, telling me how he is going to kill the site etc.
What would you do if you were me?

ps: BTW, he also happens to be a web host and a Nocster reseller... who would have thought?
