Logging in via SSH: User -> root
I am using a VPS and am able to SSH using root fine. But I heard that was bad so I wanted to be able to SSH as a regular user and then su to root. But when I attempted to do this it said I didn't have permissions to do this.
I used cpanel to create the user. Is there a way for me to su to root from a regular user using cpanel? Or is it ok to ssh as root?
