What is happening here? Processes running, high load

I transferred some accounts to another server for this client, several days go, using WHMs copy function. The strange thing is that this happened several days ago. I didn't transfer any accounts of his today. Why then, do I find these processes running today by user1 and user2 eating up all off the CPU resources pressuring up server load to above 5?

I had to kill the processes to get the load down. I'm just confused as to why these processes is suddenly running in the server. Does anybody here know what might be happening? No users on this server have SSH access. Hoping for some input.
