strange php scripts processing delays
I am experiencing a problem with a sever. Apache delays php scripts processing. When I access any php script, apache waits 3-5 seconds without an resonable reason and then gives me a page. But html files load fast.
I tried to recompile apache+php but with no luck, still the same.
Could somebody point me to a fix of this problem?
Server is under Redhat 7.3 + CPanel + kernel 2.4.20
