Router Training

Can anyone recommend a decent book/training course for Cisco routers? Something for someone familiar with networking and routing, but who needs some specific training on Cisco and configuration for a hosting environment.

I want to buy my own routers and start learning the ropes of managing my own routers in-house. Right now my providers provide equipment and configuration.
