Hello, one of my clients is on a reseller account and is currently running Kayakos esupport, and whm autopilot. He had it properly working and installed before but it had seemed to stop working. It seems to be a server issue in where the permissions are set wrong? I'm not very familiar with Red Hat linux and you can say that I'm a newbie.. Please can someone help me out? I would be very grateful, Thanks alot
