help upgrading glibc
when i try to upgrade glibc it says that there are dependancies, so then when i try to install the dependacies they say they need glibc
now im trying to upgrade glibc. if i just remove glibc all together (ignoring dependancies) will it screw up the system?
i will be installing a new version of glibc straight after
but at the moment it doesn't seem to be any way to upgrade because there are dependacies which are impossible to solve.
file 1 needs file 2, so i install file 2 and it needs file 1
also can you specify more than one rpm at a time for it to solve dependacies on its own?
