host will has not fixed stats in over a week?
I have a reseller account with a host and my website stats havn't updated in week
Every time I email them they say this
"We have restarted the cpanel services once again on this server and the stats should update within 24 hrs. This is a problem unfortunately with cpanel servers and hopefully once the authors of this software provide a permenanet fix, this will never be repeated."
Is this a legit problem? I don't recall every having to wait any noticable amout of time before?
Its been 7 Days , and all the stats for the sites still say OCT 15
