Sandboxing Dedicated Servers
How does a host provide co-location hosting without exposing the internal network, including the host's infrastructure and neighboring customer servers, to all manner of worms and viruses?
In other words, how do you contain any mistakes made by that customer (inadvertently installing a trojan, for example) to that server alone? ...and still have the necessary communication channels to provide routine backups and remote management?
