Montering and restricting bandwidth
I will be running Windows Server 2003 std and I was wondering how to restrict/moniter the bandwith usage per user account. I know I can trottle the bandwidth but I would like to be able to tell users they are close to their limit and actually cap it if they don't want to pay the extra money. I have searched the forum here for about and hour now with words like "limit bandwidth" "bandwidth capping" but I couldn't find anything (well I did find net limiter off one of the links but it doesn't do per user.
I would like info on how to do it myself (eg. no third party tools) but I will take a look at anything offered
