mail and ftp server on win2k3

1. Which mail server and ftp server program do you use on win2k3?
2. Which is cheapest and useful?
3. Which mail server is good choise for max. 1000 client users, max. 5 mb mailboxes for each client??
4. which ftp server is good for 100 client users, disk quote system?

all of these for a dedicated win2k3 server.. mail and ftp server on win2k3
