Reputable Downloads for php, mysql, proftpd?

Hiya ^_^ Would anyone have any reccomendations for where I should download these from? I'm afraid of downloading them from various sites because they might be an off-chance non authentic or bugged.

Obviously I'm a bit of a server newbie, but hey, everyone's gotta start somewhere right? And the best place I thought would be to just get in there and go for it Reputable Downloads for php, mysql, proftpd?
