DNS for w2k3

We have been advised to set up our own nameservers, mainly because our registrar for domain names doesnt allow wildcard entries.

Does anyone have a good link for a tutorial on how best to do this? The sites I can find on google seem a little overly technical for what we need? We run a small hosting business on w2k3 and Ensim, so really all we need is just our main domain on our own nameserver with the bare minimum setup and the all important wildcard so we can auto setup anything.ourdomain.com
