How To Move Email From Plesk Server To Cpanel Server

Hi,

Please, I need your help ASAP!

I have an account hosting at plesk server with some account emails in there. And for some reason I never download the email using outlook express (pop3).

Now, I have need move my website to cpanel server.

My question :
How to move my emails (emails in every account email) from plesk server to cpanel server ? So I can browse all my emails as is using http://www.mydomain.com/webmail/
