Questions about nagios

Is it true that nagios can be clustered, so that I can have 2 servers running it, and monitoring others (I'm tired of false positives from my current system).

Is it true that I'm the most incompetent software installer (tried installing nagios on 3 different system, all of which failed - no cgi's displayed). Anyone else failed with this install?

Could anyone recommend a good installer to do 2 nagios installs for me? I'd like someone with a good reputation.
