Routing Registries
After obtaining my AS #, and successfully running BGP between 2 ISPS (managed service BTW), they are informing me that I need to visit:
http://www.radb.net
I am supposed to "register" with their system, and pay them $250 per year. Is this normal / common?
According to my ISPS, many other ISPs will not route any of my traffic if I do not do this. Can someone give me the simple straight answer to what this is and why I might care?
