Service Unavailable error in iis6 (HELP)

I'm running iis 6 on win 2003 and I get 'Service Unavailable' when browsing asp pages. The server will hand out the asp pages, but after about 2 hours, they stop working. This happens on all type of asp page. Those that connect to a database, and those that do not.

I can fix the problem by restarting the www service, but after another 2 hours or so the problem will return. Any ideas?
