Netscape.net Email Problems - But Not AOL.com?

I have over 1,000 messages in my mail queue instead of the normal ~200 or so. Most of these are from Netscape.net, and cannot be delivered:

Emails to AOL.com addresses work just fine, so I know it's not a blacklisting problem. Is anybody else having the same problem, and is there anything that I can do to fix it, except for waiting?
