Exchnage and Another Email Server

Hi,

I was wondering if its possible to setup Exchange and MDaemon both on one server? I want to have MDaemon controlled by a Control Panel that supports it (hosting Accelerator) for regualr customer accounts, while some cutomers want an Exchange account and for that, I wanna set up the Exchange 2003.
