This past weekend I transferred over 600 domains to a new server. The domains were transferred using WHM (WHM 8.5.1 cPanel 8.5.3-S3 RedHat 7.3 - WHM X v2.1.1 ). The problem that my customers are currently having is that they are not able to log into Cpanel and in the case of resellers into both WHM and Cpanel, but are able to log into ftp. To eliminate the obvious, I have tried to reset the account passwords on the new server, I have recompiled apache. Is there a bug or am I just missing something. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
