Email issue - need advice

I've noticed a build-up of email in the queue all bouncing back to email addresses that don't exist at one domain on my server.

All spam, of course.

I'm not quite sure what to do, I'm just able to disable a PHP mail script he's running. What else should I be looking at?

I know he's not actually spamming, so it must be the script, mustn't it?
