Terminating Accounts & Backing up
Unfortunately I'm today having to terminate the reseller account of a client who has disappeared without paying for a few months.
However, I obviously don't want to delete them without first backing up the following (in case their clients come looking for mega important data):
- Their webspace
- Mysql databases
- Emails
Is this all I need to backup?
How do I go about doing this? Ideally I'd like to be able to backup all the above for each individual account to my own hard drive, then upload it to the server, should they want access to it.
