Upload Speed Limited HELP
Its a P4 2.4ghz, 1gb ddr ram, 80gb 7200rpm 8mb cache server.
Now, its got plenty of speed - the line isnt a factor in this - BUT
Everytime someone tries to download from the server an individual connect is limited to around 80kb-100kb, no more than that!
Is there something about this O/S or a setting somewhere that would make this happen?
If I open multiple connections I can get a ton more "total" bandwidth out of the server, but for a single connection it goes really slow.

Thats a link to a 60mb file - I dont know why it goes so slow, the download speed isnt affected at all and just tonight i downloaded a file from a NON LAN server at 16.5 MegaBYTES.
Help me out, this is a pain in my ***.
