Stats Updating Interval - How often?
Hey,I've noticed that my host doesn't update the stats shown to me in Cpanel very frequently, sometimes I have to wait for over 48 hours for the stats to be updated which doesn't allow me to manage my bandwidth effectively.

Hello,
Seems that the fix was only temporary - the stats and bandwidth for account "***" haven't updated in over 48 hours.
I've also noticed that it takes quite a bit of time for it to update through some of my accounts (****for example).
Could you fix the issue and set the update interval to something shorter (4-6 hours maybe)?
AFAIK this would only involve changing the interval for Webalizer and bandwidth monitors in the crontab file.

Hello,
[snip]
Also, site stats can't be updated every 4-6 hours. The stats are updated only in every 24 hours. Also, modifications to the cron file won't make any difference, as far as the stats generation interval is concerned.
I request you to check the site stats at your end, and if still things don't work, please feel free to contact us back.
Thank you,

I'm going to take this up with the main tech guy of the company to see if they can do something about it.
