IP tracking, few questions.
My website has about 1200 members, maybe 150 of which are canadian.
Had a member sign up 1 month later with an IP that was the same as someone who signed up one month earlier. The info looked to be a bit false.
So I'm wondering how likely it is for someone to have the same IP and join up at my website. Is it possible that Shaw has a smaller number of IP's that many users will get multiple times. The second user is located about 3 hours away from the first, so it doesn't look like its the Ip of the router? Any help would be appreciated.
