New Server Question

Does anyone have a good tuturial or list of how-tos for securing a brand new server? I've setup several in the past and have had pretty good results. They worked.

I'm getting more serious about what kind of clients I'm hosting and want to make sure this next box I purchase is done correctly.

If all else fails, Ill contract a company to do it for me, but I always want to take a shot at it if its feasable.

(I've used how-tos from ev1 in the past)
