timeout; WHM transfer script via shell avaliable?

I've been trying to transfer some bulky accounts (500 mb +) between servers using WHM's account copy feature, but it's been continually timing out on me.

I was wondering if there was a script that can be accessed via shell to transfer the accounts since it might just be my browser timing out.
