DNS Setting issue
I have a small issue with regards to DNS.
We have the need to offer a hosting account to users who are using another hosting provider.
I beleive there is a way that the user can add an A record to their current DNS information to allow a sub-domain to function correctly on our servers, however I am unsure as to what DNS information we would need to hold for this to function.
I beleive the user would need to add:
subdomain A OUR-IP
However I am not sure what DNS information we would need in order for the link to work.
This set-up is only needed due to software that we hold on our servers for a cart system.
