I am writting an ASP.NET application and I need to give the ASP.NET process write access to a folder and file. I can do this in Win 2000 or Win 2003 but I cant get it to work in Windows XP Pro. That is, I can right-click the folder/file and select properties where a window pop's up and gives me a tab to modify the security privillages for a user. There is no security tab in Windows XP and so my question is how can I change the security permissions for a user in Windows XP?
