Anyone used phpmyadmin on a Windows 2000 server?

I could really use some help. I installed phpmyadmin onto a windows 2000 server following the directions given in the install docs.

When trying to run the script from the index.php file I get the following error:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at D:\ChathamSD Web Page\phpadmin\config.inc.php:741) inD:\ChathamSD Web Page\phpadmin\index.php on line 45

Has anyone run accross this before? I'm fairly new to Windows 2000 servers. My experiance is with Apache but I don't have the choice of using that this time.

The server is running version 3.23.49 of mySQL and version 4.3.4 of PHP.

Thank you for any help. We are at the end of our rope over here.
