I keep on getting this error:

error while loading shared libraries: libc.so.6: cannot handle TLS data

and

/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/bin/whostmgr: error while loading shared libraries: libc.so.6: cannot handle TLS data

This happens when I try to go to http://ip/cpanel or when i try to SSH in.

The main box is a Windows 2000 machine, and this is a rh9 and cpanel image im trying to load.

When I try to restart the VDS, I get a kernel panic.

Anyone got any insight?
